Hermit Launch is designed exclusively for incoming eighth graders who want to build the skills, habits, and confidence needed to thrive at St. Augustine Preparatory School. Students will learn how to study smarter, take effective high school-level notes, manage their workload, prepare for tests, stay organized, and strengthen their writing skills before the school year even begins.

More than just an academic camp, Hermit Launch is an opportunity to meet future classmates, connect with the Prep community, and gain an inside look at what it means to be a Hermit. From developing strong classroom habits to learning how to craft and defend ideas in writing, students will leave feeling prepared, motivated, and excited for the year ahead.
